🛒 Ordering

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?
A: Unfortunately, we do not accept order modifications, cancellations, or returns once an order has been placed. Please double-check all details before checking out.


📦 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship within the United States, including U.S. territories and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). We also offer local delivery within Saipan.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not at this time, but we hope to expand our shipping options in the future. Stay tuned!

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Please note: Shipping times may take longer due to our location in Saipan.

Q: Do you offer local delivery?
A: Yes! We offer local delivery in Saipan. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. We’ll contact you to coordinate a safe, public drop-off location.

Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes — once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package.

💥 Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items

Q: What if my item is damaged or lost during shipping?
A: If your order is damaged or lost in transit, it is unfortunately outside of our control.
You must file a claim directly with USPS or PayPal Goods & Services, subject to their policies. Refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

Q: What if I received the wrong item?
A: If the incorrect item was sent due to our error, please refer to our Refund Policy for help resolving the issue.

Q: How do I know the condition of the items?
A: Each product listing includes detailed condition descriptions and photos taken in natural lighting. Items may appear slightly different in person due to lighting or screen variations.
