A: Unfortunately, we do not accept order modifications, cancellations, or returns once an order has been placed.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping times vary by location.

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days
(excluding weekends and holidays).

Q: Do you offer local delivery?
A: Yes. Local delivery is available within Saipan.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

We’ll contact you to coordinate a safe, public drop-off location.

Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items

Q: What if my item is damaged or lost during shipping?
A: If your order is damaged or lost in transit, it is outside of our control.

You must file a claim directly with:

  • USPS, or
  • PayPal Goods & Services
